It never changes, always the best and most comfortable.

I loved my staying here. I stayed in room 305. The room was comfortable and cozy. Not too spacious, but enough for two. The room was clean and had lots of cabinets to store your stuff. However, the AC took time to get cool. I also found some spider webs near the bathroom ceiling and one of teh cabinets. This didn’t affect much of my staying experience though, but could be solved for hygienic reasons. Keep up the good work!

It was quite surprising to find a homey place in the middle of the city. Full of vintage and old-style furniture, its ambience is enough to keep you comfortable. More than happy to stay at this guest house. As a coffee lover, I am very pleased to find that this house also is a roastery. A good cup of fresh coffee is all you need to energize you. Will be back for sure.

if you're looking for another hotel vibes instead the ordinary one, Roemah 28 is a good option. I like the ambience, interior and antiques around. Tried to enjoy the coffee in the morning outside and just to be present. the location is in the house complex neighborhood, so it's quiet, walkable to the USU. The room is small but enough, and it's comfortable. just remember if you bring luggages, the rooms are located on the second and third floor, so be ready to bring it by yourself. The staff might help, but when I was there, there's only one staff and I don't think she could help with my heavy luggage. However, it was nice experience to stayed here.

Nice, classic and comfortable atmosphere, friendly and full of family feeling.

The location is close to everywhere, there is a restaurant in the lobby of the homestay with delicious food. The room is very small for three people, even the space for prayer is only behind the door. But the bed is quite comfortable and soft for resting.

Everything is good, just 1 suggestion: the toilet is too close to the sink so it's uncomfortable.

The condition of the hotel is relatively good but the size of the bed is small for a room booked for 2 people and it is very difficult for the elderly or those using canes/wheelchairs because the rooms are above the 2nd floor and require stairs.

I really like the atmosphere of the hotel, I feel at home, clean, tidy, pleasant to look at, very calm here. Will stay here again if I feel dizzy at home :)

It's quite good, you need to add room facilities such as only 1 bottle of mineral water, no coffee or water heater, the TV is not used

2nd review. It's still comfortable. Quiet and far from noise. Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule, I only had time to sleep, I didn't have time to try the food.

Hotelnya bagus, bersih, muslim and family friendly. Untuk harga dibawah 300, hotel ini worth it sekali. Rekom lah, pertahankan ya 👍.

Not worthy for 260k. All amenities only for 1 person. Sorry to say. Its tiny room.
