The hotel entrance is very small and difficult, and the toilet is not functioning properly. but the hotel is good and the staff is very friendly

The property is actually good, unfortunately it lacks maintenance, so it looks dirty.

It's a bit ugly because some of the walls are peeling, the rest are fine.

warm environment and room even though it's not very spacious, comfortable but unfortunately there is a broken cupboard door and the shower and sink divider door is gone, but overall it's really good, when I go back I want to stay here again, I want to request room number 1, yesterday I got room number 2, it's also okay and the staff are also nice 👍

Good, close to the market if you want to buy snacks, culinary for breakfast and market snacks.

The room occupied had a leaking bathroom all the way to the carpet, a damp smell, the room did not match the photo. Ordered 2 rooms, both were different, one was quite good, the other was like a driver's room. Even though the price for the room was the same

If it's just for staying overnight, it's nice, it's clean, the staff is very responsive and kind too.

can't rest peacefully at all... 1. There's still guitar playing at 12 midnight... 2. Pay a lot but no amenities 3. The room only contains 2 bottles of AQUA 4. The sheets are dirty so everything is itchy

The room cleanliness is lacking, the room is not cleaned every day. If you just want to sleep, it's okay but if it's for a staycation, it's not comfortable.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, smell good and make free tea/coffee too. Very recommended.

Pandemic furniture furniture looks outdated. The room had large and small cockroaches. The bathroom has no glass door. The toilet can't flush. Dry plasterboard and walls near AC. The cupboard smells a bit.

Staff ramah, tempat juga bersih walaupun ac nya agak kurang dingin tapi overall masih nyaman kok. Lokasi strategis masih dekat kota dan dekat ke wisata-wisata di bali.

Kamarnya bagus, nyaman. Tapi sebagai saran sedikit karena ada beberapa kekurangan yang saya temukan. Penutup lubang wastafel macet sehingga air tidak bisa terbuang dan menggenang. Flushing kloset tolong diperbaiki agar ketika BAB bisa langsung flush, jujur flush nya main-main, saya susah flushing nya. Untuk mas-mas penjaga, kalau sudah malam ada baiknya jangan main musik karena suaranya sangat kencang dan masuk ke kamar, jujur ini sangat mengganggu. Tujuan saya booking kamar karena mau healing dan tidur nyenyak. So far saya nyaman karena kamarnya bagus dan orang-orangnya ramah. Semoga kritikan ini bisa menjadi kritikan yang membangun yaa untuk Kimberly Suites, sampai jumpa lagi di lain kesempatan 🙏🏻😊.

Hancur semua, tidak ada sikat gigi. Shower rusak.

The room is good, the shower bed starts to sink when you sleep in it, especially room number 6, the closed water is damaged. Jf can't defecate. Complete facilities.

Lots of interior damage, sorry. The pillow smells like it has never been cleaned, given a used towel and it looks like it's not new. The shower had a lot of damage and the toilet smelled a bit.

Accommodation is very different from that offered by the application with the photos. What was given to me was an ugly, dirty, smelly room. The bathroom is dirty, the hot water doesn't work. The bedsheet is dirty. It looks like a room for short time. No recommended.
