The toilet bidet spray needs to be repaired/replaced. The water doesn't flow evenly but the spray is strong, making it painful to use. When staying in several other rooms (on the 5th floor), the water flow from the bidet was the same, and the water coming out of the bidet smelled unpleasant. Other than that, everything is fine.

Strategic hotel, clean rooms, delicious food, hot and cold water available.

in my 1st night stay, I told the housekeeping staff when crossing path in the morning that the shower is leaking. At night when I was back to the room, the shower head already been fixed and it was the new one. Bravo!!

I've stayed here many times, but yesterday the table was about to fall off, the AC was noisy but cold, the view from the room was in front of the boarding house, so I was too lazy to open the window. Everything else was okay, especially since it's close to the mall, with a complete food court on the left and right, wherever you want to go, it was really nice.

The restaurant stated that 2 people receive breakfast, but only one. After complaining and showing the voucher, they added another breakfast. Another complaint was that only one towel was provided, even though there were clearly two guests. Hopefully, guest handling will improve in the future.

Simple, modern, and cozy room I came here for a stopover on a business trip. The room was spacious enough for a good night's rest, and the location is also strategic. A perfect choice for those traveling in Kediri on business.

Vinyl flooring makes noise when walking. Doors are difficult to open.

Very nice place to stay when travelling or transit in Kediri city. Near to shopping centre and public area. Clean room and delicious food. My kids are very interested to come back on next holiday.

Positives: Clean room. Negatives: One towel, measuring 60 cm x 120 cm. The second towel must be rented, so each room is only given one towel. There's no doorstop. The circuit breaker or fuse is located near the shoe rack. The door creaks. The most annoying thing is that the bathroom divider is made of transparent glass, with no curtain.

The manager, Mr. Wisnu, and the staff helped me resolve my mistake of choosing the wrong dates. However, thanks to the help of the manager and staff, I was able to stay at my favorite hotel. Thank you, Mr. Wisnu and the staff for your assistance.

The hotel area and rooms are clean, comfortable, the service is friendly, even to the point of being reminded whether the room will be cleaned or not, and even being called to the room to be reminded of breakfast... First experience but memorable...

It is strategically located in the middle of the city, the service is very fast and friendly, and the prices are affordable.

First of all, the staff were very friendly and willing to share insights of local culinary spots nearby the hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and even though the room size was quite small, the ambiance was still cozy and comfy. They also provide nice meals at their restaurant on the 5th floor. Overall, I was truly pleased with my experience staying in this hotel.
