A relaxing vibe, lovely food, comfortable room, helpful staff. Our Sunday night buffet on the beach was serenaded by acoustic live music. Felt the stress slip away.

Rooms are reasonably clean, recommended, rooms are fitted with tel and also garden 2 needs to be cleaned and in tidy

During the two days of my stay there was a loud reggae-ish like music blasted continuously from afternoon til morning. So loud it my earplugs failed to filter it. And the vibration from the sound system that reached my bed kept me awake all night. The music came from the neighborhood's houses who were apparently holding parties. It may not be the hotel's fault but the fact that, despite guests' complaints, they failed to ask the neighbor to stop after midnight (or report the public nuisance to the police so the police can tell the party thrower to turn it off). It was very disappointing. Instead of restful holiday, I got two sleepless nights and lots of annoyance.

I order beach front view type, but when check in, the type is declared full by the hotel and offered a lower garden type. Although there is a replacement of overpayment compensation, but I am disappointed how can in Traveloka system can be on the booking but actual on the field does not exist / not appropriate.
