The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly.

Great location! Close to Bukit Bintang (walking distance), near nasi kandar and mee tarik (both are delicious).. Clean and cozy room thanks!

Staying for 4 nights was a pleasant experience. The check-in and check-out process was fast. The cleanliness of the room was always maintained, the housekeeper worked well. What needs to be improved is the lighting in the room so that it can be added. Room service seems to need to be provided so that if you are hungry at night you can immediately order room service. The swimming pool at this hotel is also a champion, but unfortunately because we were too busy walking around outside the hotel we didn't have time to use it.

Have stayed here several times, I like the rooms, they are okay.. Clean.. Close to Alor and Bukit Bintang.

The room is big enough, location is close to Bukit Bintang. Recommended.

Thank you to the staff from the receptionist (Mr. Farid and everyone at the front office who were very friendly and helpful), security (Mr. Khadag and everyone), also the restaurant staff (Mr. Anamul and everyone), and all the staff who I cannot mention one by one. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if I have the opportunity to return to Kuala Lumpur.

Great location! Easy access to night street food and Pavilion mall. Room and food are decent, a boutique hotel standard. Appreciated that they provided a Bluetooth speaker in the room.
