When we first arrived, we were given a less than ideal room, room number 617, and then moved to room 603, which someone else had used and hadn't cleaned at all. When we returned to the room, the water heater had been neglected, still dirty and hadn't been cleaned. I was very disappointed with the service. We paid a lot for it, but it turned out like this. When I asked the HK, they said it had been cleaned. I showed them room 603, but they didn't know if it had been cleaned or not. What a disappointment.
