Small water flow, poorly maintained. It's a shame that the concept and place are actually good, but because of poor maintenance, it's less comfortable to stay. Hotel management should be more caring to improve their maintenance.

There is a serious need to renovate the entire building and its facilities.

Cleanliness is lacking, some parts of the unit are starting to break down, the door is locked but cannot be opened again so you have to go in and out through the window, the water flow is small.

There was no lighting at the entrance to the villa, the refrigerator was dirty, the room water didn't come out & there were so many rats that the food we brought in was eaten by rats.

Air tidak mengalir lancar, toilet seperti rest area, sprei yang kotor juga dengan pelayanan yang tidak baik membuat kesan angker menjadi lebih suram. Friendly service, clean hotel rooms. The swimming pool is clean too. Overall the room is good, it just needs more maintenance for the hotel so it looks more luxurious and the facilities in the kitchen are repaired. Thank you.

Double bedroom villa, but when I arrived I was informed that it was not available. The solution is given 2 single bedroom villas, or 1 villa plus extra bed. Maybe because of the impact of the pandemic, the rooms are not maintained.

The AC is broken, the door can't be locked, the price is expensive

Dirty, dirty rooms and lots of mosquitoes. There are no facilities for bathing, also the closed WC does not function properly.

The receptionist is good. For the villa, it is dirty and dusty. Dirty pool. I've confirmed beforehand to be sterilized but it doesn't seem to be anything to do with it. The smell is not good either from the bathroom / water in the bathroom. 2nd hr the AC is off. The overall villa is poorly maintained. City center location. 2 hours of staying for breakfast, the breakfast continues.

The hotel is dirty, lacks maintenance. Don't have a generator, because the lights go out from 20.00 - 23.00. Parking space can only be 5 cars. The shower leaked so it couldn't be used. The inside door can't be locked. Limited TV channels, only local TV.

The rooms are very bad like it hasn't been occupied for a long time, lots of lizard droppings and moldy swimming pool rats.
