What was also impressive was that when I was from abroad, I booked the room early through the app and chatted with customer service to ensure a somewhat delayed check-in. I usually check in early in the morning because I was still on my way from abroad, and the hotel immediately responded OK via WhatsApp. Thank you, highly recommended because the price is very affordable.
