The staff is friendly, maybe because I stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks, lol. I had a need, I wanted to look for a boarding house, but I was too lazy, afraid it wouldn't be suitable. The room is quite big, the AC + water heater works well. The room + bathroom is also clean. Unfortunately the wifi is often interrupted, sometimes I can't access the hotel wifi all day, maybe the wifi provider should have more than 1 brand, so if 1 brand is interrupted, the others can still be accessed. Then there are lots of rats running around the ceiling day/night, they don't get into the room, it's just noisy when the rats are running around on the ceiling. There is an airport shuttle bus that costs 20 thousand but according to the pick up + drop off schedule. There are lots of food vendors around the hotel, so don't worry about being hungry early in the morning, near the laundry too. The hotel door closer seems to need to be replaced/reset because the door still makes a rough banging sound, it doesn't close smoothly (it still makes a noise), it can often be heard from the neighbors if the door is not closed slowly. I also sometimes the door closes and makes a loud sound if I forget to use sandals to wedge it, haha. It seems that as long as I don't open the door, the room is quite soundproof, because I play music quite loud and there are no complaints, people talking can't be heard either, except when coughing is heard. The hotel area is also very quiet, sometimes it's noisy during the day because there are workers in the process of adding a room. Toiletries + room cleaning are not given if you don't ask for it. For about 2 weeks the bed sheets, pillows + blankets were not changed (my fault for not asking for a change when asking for the room to be cleaned, I thought it would be automatically replaced). Drinking water is stocked every day without being asked. It's a bit far from the center of Jakarta. Overall it's really OK. If I go to JKT, I want to stop by here again. Hoho. Recommended.
