The staff are friendly and kind.

All the staff are friendly and efficient. The food tastes good. It's not too far from Malioboro. It's a good option if you go to Jogja again.

The hotel offered a great price during holiday peak season in July. The location is also great because it was easy to find Grab and taxi, and we only need around 10-15 minutes to Malioboro, Stasiun Tugu, Pakuwon Mall, and Jogja City Mall.

The hotel is clean, and the service is friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful, and there are many food stalls around the hotel. If you're visiting Yogyakarta, staying here is perfect for a vacation with kids.

This is the first time I've found a hotel that provides complete prayer equipment and a Quran. The rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, and the price is still affordable. Perhaps the food variety could be improved to make it more palatable.

The room is too stuffy, there is not enough air circulation so it easily smells musty even though it has been sprayed with fragrance. Then the phone in the room is dead, and one of the male staff is not very friendly.

The second time I stayed here, it turned out to be very different. At first I understood there was trash under the mattress, until finally an unpleasant incident happened. The tall, dark-skinned security guard had a very bad attitude. I thought he would be friendly and take the initiative to help lift the goods. I said thank you and 30 minutes later I lifted the second part of the goods. I asked to go up the elevator together but was ignored and then the elevator was deliberately closed as if there was no one in front of him. I did plan to give a tip, but I only had one sheet of cash left for the deposit. Even though the receptionist and housekeeping were very friendly. It was a shame that I stayed there for 2 nights and planned to extend to 4 nights in Yogya. Hopefully the incident can be fixed by the management
