Beyond expectations, it turns out that the hotel is this cool, with affordable prices, very clean and spacious rooms, complete with changing rooms, there are storage cabinets, sinks, AC, TV and Wifi, clean bathrooms and hot water are also available, highly recommended for those who are on vacation in the Ciwidey area.

At first I was hesitant but it was worth it. Next time if I stay in Ciwidey, I will choose this place, but unfortunately I didn't have time to take a photo because my phone was low and didn't bring a charger. Staff, cleanliness, amenities, overall so good

Sorry the room is dirty, the water in the sink comes out black like dirt, but the toilet is safe with hot water, but the floor is very slippery, dangerous, + the best view is directly facing the grave ☺. There is no elevator on the 2nd floor, you have to go up and down the stairs 🙏🤪.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly, but they gave me twin beds even though I booked a king size one. The room was clean and spacious.

Pelayanannya baik tetapi kamar tidur dan kamar mandi yang kotor dan bau jadinya tidak terlalu nyaman.

Pelayanan bagus sangat cepat dan tanggap terhadap apa yang di minta. Tempat strategis dekat Kawah Putih. Pemandangan di luar hotel cukup baik dan bisa langsung dinikmati di teras lantai 2. Sayangnya kamar yang bersih dan furniture yang cukup baik kualitasnya, kondisi kamar agak kurang terawat. Cat beberapa tempat terkelupas dan toilet tidak bisa di flush cepat, air di wastafel juga sangat kecil alirannya. Saran saya tingkatkan maintenance, spy nilai hotel ini meningkat.

Setelah parkir mobil dan masuk ke ruang check in, harus turun tangga dulu (tidak ada lift) lalu naik tangga lagi (tidak ada lift) untuk ke lantai 2. Struktur bangunannya agak membingungkan. Tidak cocok bagi yang membawa orangtua / lansia. Air shower keluarnya kecil.

Got a room at number 204 at the very end, the sunrise view was really good. The room is comfortable, the water heater also functions well, there is a cupboard for storing things, there is also a dressing table, but I forgot to take a photo of the room. The service is also friendly, Aa, only 30 minutes from tourist attractions, the air is cool, close to Alfamart and lots of food stalls. OK, basically, next time I go to Ciwidey I want to stay here again👍🏻.

The hotel as a whole looks neglected. When playing on the swing, the ground is mixed with large stones and dry leaves, making it difficult for small children to walk and making it dirty when it rains. I requested in the application for 1 large bed, but was still given 2 small beds. Asked the receptionist for an upgrade, the bro was just gong and gong and couldn't do anything. The condition of the room is not clean, the mattress headboard is all dusty 😭 the wall paint is peeling off, the sink doesn't work, the room key is manual even though it has a smart lock attached to it, it's broken. Initially the TV remote was also broken, but immediately replaced it after telling the receptionist. Wifi in the room doesn't work. Fluffy pillow. Warm water turns on quickly. The bathroom lights are dim.
