The staff is very friendly and the hotel is so clean and comfortable for a stay here. Good service and nice view.

Nice hotel to stay here, good job

This hotel does not have a refrigerator and does not have an elevator (not suitable for babies, children, or the elderly). The trash bin is very small (you may need to bring extra plastic bags if you have a lot of trash). There is no wardrobe. The TV only has four channels: cartoons, music, National Geographic, and international news. Room 112 requires air-conditioner servicing. The air conditioner emits an unpleasant smell when the temperature is not set to a lower level. While I was sleeping in Room No. 112 at around 2:00 a.m., there was loud noise coming from the neighboring room. I could clearly hear conversations such as ‘you smell bad,’ ‘you’re taking too long,’ and ‘why are you so slow.’ The occupants appeared to be a family, and there was also an argument between a husband and wife in the adjacent room. It is suitable for ordering GrabFood as there are no nearby eateries, but the location is close to Bangi Wonderland Theme Park. Must pay deposit-50ringgit before check in.

No lift and very difficult to stay if family

Very dirty, dirty floor, dirty toilet, not like a hotel, no shower, no soap, no shampoo. Very very bad. Worst of all, even the people in the next bathroom can hear it.

The room is very small, and the toilet is also not clean, the walls are a little dirty... there was no bath soap and shampoo when we arrived.. hope to fix it if possible...

Ok for budget and short stay. Stay for 2 nights, no housekeeping done. Hotel xde lift, good luck get to the first floor. The toilet bowl is dirty, so it's clogged to what flush it by several pounds. But it is very close to the wonderland of themepark

This hotel has good location and it was new, but to noise. Can hear noise in the next room.

Check-in is too long for the new Hour 6pm to be checked in.
