The best, if you go to Balikpapan always stay here

Overall everything was ok, but when I checked in, the room I booked took a really long time to be prepared, it was quite a wait of 30 minutes.. 😌

The room was very clean and tidy, spacious, the bathroom was clean and had hot water, YouTube and Netflix were available, and the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. If you're looking for food and drinks, there's Roti Tiam and Hotway next door (lots of choices).

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is also really worth it for the price, it is in the city center and close to everywhere you want to go.

This is my second stay here. The location is strategic, close to all kinds of food. Close to the city center, 24/7 customer service, easy parking, clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. The only thing is there's no elevator, and the toilet mat could be replaced with a non-slip one. Overall, everything is good. 💕🙏🏻

Very disappointing. It doesn't live up to the rating. Small room, leaking AC, no desk, no phone. This is the first time I've encountered a hostel with so many rules and slow service...

the staff is friendly, the cleanliness is clean. no mosquitoes, ants and insects, facilities when entering the room there are towels, 2 bottles of 300 ml mineral water, refill water is in the lobby, does not provide toothbrushes but is sold in the lobby, for overall good lodging, sheets and blankets smell of disinfectant, artix is washed clean, the room request is also fulfilled by the hotel, but the bathroom smells a little fuldraine, thankfully there is a blower, next time I can come back here again, it's also right next to the tiam bread around there are many places to eat, there is an Indomaret across from it.

The hotel location is very strategic, on the edge of Mt Haryono road next to Roti Tiam. The bed is wide and comfortable, the bathroom water is clean, the AC in room 315 is not cold enough during the day but is quite cold at night.

Clean hotel, clean rooms, basically good with cheap prices, looking for food is easy, basically if you go to Balikpapan you can come back here again.
