Kondisi kamar dan lorong hotel jorok karena kurang terawat. Bantal dan seprai sepertinya kurang dicuci bersih jadi bau lembab. Kecoak juga mondar-mandir di dalam kamar. Akses menuju setiap lantai menggunakan tangga dan benar-benar kotor. Air di kamar hotel tidak sanggup mengalir ke shower jadi harus mandi sambil jongkok.

The hotel staff is actually friendly but the cleanliness of the hotel is poorly guarded and nightly until there are mice in the hotel room and disturbing when sleeping. AC is not functioning properly.
