This hotel is really great, the hospitality is really great. Moreover, the check-in and check-out time requests were also fulfilled according to special requests via the app.

We arrived at 17:00 but the room was not ready. Even though check-in was supposed to be at 14:00. We were tired and should have gone straight to the room. We had to wait again. Then check-out was still at 12:00. It was strange. The room should have been ready at 14:00. How come the room wasn't ready for 3 hours.

Overall it's comfortable, the room is clean and all the facilities are functioning well. The breakfast also varies from traditional to pastries. It's not very soundproof because the next room can still be heard but maybe the next door guests are too noisy.
