Check-in on August 14, 2026 at 6:20 PM. Upon entering, the room was hot, but the AC wasn't cooling. Complained to the staff, checked and then asked to wait because the AC had just been turned on. It had been more than an hour but the temperature was still hot, so I was finally moved to the next room... the AC wasn't cooling, and it looked dusty and dirty. Forced to check out at 8:00 PM because the room was so hot. The AC was like a fan. It was a waste of money staying here.

The location is a bit hard to find, but there's a Rezeki1 nearby where you can ask for directions and they'll show you. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is decent, and the rooms are clean.

The hotel is actually good, there is an elevator, not all hotels have elevators, maybe the location is on the road which might be a bit difficult to find, the food is delicious. The room is not very pleasant because the spring bed mattress is dull, it needs to be repaired, and the AC should probably be considered because when I checked in, the AC was only blowing air so it was very hot. Very bad experience staying here, our holiday mood was bad, the mattress was dirty and my sheets were not changed 😡, the location was unclear, we kept going in circles, the hotel was quiet, the bathroom door was hard to open.

Lokasi hotel berada di tengah pemukiman warga dan susah dicari dengan maps. Jalan masuk ke hotel adalah sesungguhnya bukan jalan karena relatif kecil and buntu sampai di depan hotel kalau dengan mobil. Sedangkan dengan sepeda motor jalan tersebut masih bisa tembus ke jalan berikutnya tetapi melewati jalan kecil (gang yang sempit). Saya kesana diantar oleh Satpam Pundi 1 karena kesasar di sana. Hotel ini meskipun disebut Pundi Rejeki 3, tetapi kamar dan perlengkapan dalam kamar tampak agak usang. Di kamar yang saya tempati, kran di atas wastafel posisinya sudah kendur, sehingga untuk menghidupkannya harus menggunakan 2 tangan. Di kamar deluxe juga tidak dilengkapi dengan lemari es. Pintu kamar masih menggunakan anak kunci yang terbuat dari besi bukan berupa kartu. Jadi agak jadul dibandingkan dengan hotel Pundi lainnya.

The location doesn't match the maps. Have to rotate a little. Inexpensive, there is a buffet breakfast. Ad lift. There is ac and hot shower. Suitable for a short break and then continue the journey.

For the superior class, the breakfast period is rice uduk and there is no spoon. Asked the receptionist he said there was no spoon provided.

Hotelnya bersih, nyaman dan pelayanan ramah.

Tempatnya nyaman tapi udah berapa kali nginep dapat kamar yang AC nya ngga dingin, mungkin butuh dicuci AC nya, kalo so far so good laa nginep di sini.
