The receptionist was unfriendly, the room smelled and was not clean, the AC was not cold, the bathroom was dirty.

Stayed here for more than 5 nights, a regular when I go back to campus.

1. The location is very strategic. I stayed here for two nights. The atmosphere was calm and cool, but upon entering the room and bathroom, there were used towels that hadn't been cleaned, and there were no towels provided. 2. The TV wouldn't turn on. 3. The corner room was a bit of a test of courage. The hallway lighting was dim, and it felt a bit creepy. Maybe it was just me. 4. Overall, the service and room improvements need to be improved to ensure guest satisfaction.

What I like: (1) Cheap, (2) Locations near the Salman and ITB Mosque (3) Clean Room (4) Very friendly service. What needs to be improved: (1) Part of bathroom shower broken (2) The bathroom needs to be cleaned (3) Sheets and pillowcases still have a bad odor

Friendly staff, poor cleanliness, furniture is starting to get old even though the location is very strategic, near Salman Mosque, near ITB, many canteens or food stalls. Hopefully there will be furniture renovation.

Unfortunately there is no elevator. So if you bring a big and quite large traveling bag, it's quite a PR 😁

The room atmosphere is not comfortable. No wifi, the bathroom is not good. The pillows and blankets are old fashioned.

Good, comfortable, only there are mosquitoes in the room, it would be better to provide anti-mosquito medicine, thank you.

I stayed here because my child had to take the UTBK at the ITB building. It's very close, so we just walked from the hotel to the building. I had to ask first if there were towels or not before the officer gave them (maybe I missed them), but for toiletries, you really have to bring your own. The AC is cold, the old building is quite well-maintained, but the blankets and sheets (sorry) look shabby. The bathroom is clean and spacious. There are many food stalls around the hotel for college students. There is a cafe and it's very close to the mosque. Because I got the price for only 200 thousand, this is quite good. Thanks.

Sangat disayangkan kamarnya kurang bersih, kamar mandi kotor seperti gak pernah disikat. Sprei dan selimut dekil, apalagi handuknya.

Hm sudah tidak terawat gaes. Selimut bolong, seprei sepertinya tidak diganti, lampu tidur nya juga bolong, dan yang paling parah adalah kamar mandinya. Duh gusti.

Agak kotor. Kurang terawat. Stafnya dikit. Tidak seperti hotel pada umumnya. Terkesan apa adanya karena harga juga segitu.

Around 2006-2008, this place became our favorite for our family when going to Bandung. Although the facilities are simple but well maintained and clean. we like it very much. but now the condition is sad, the bathroom floor is dirty, the room furniture and bathroom are getting duller. Towels that are loose, whether ink or anything, not clean white. Though the location of this guesthouse is very strategic. with low prices, our expectations are not grandiose amenities must be like other hotels. Simple but minimal clean and maintained. That is all. Hopefully there will be repairs soon or investors who join to improve.
