Friendly staff. Hot water is okay. Amenities are only toothbrush & toothpaste, sanitary bag. The room is quite clean. Early check-in is not possible. If you want to upgrade the room, you have to check out & your belongings must be removed from the room, you cannot immediately enter the new room.

Thank God, all the facilities are great at Bess Resort. This was my first time staying in the Twin Building. The view from the room was really beautiful. The swimming pool is spacious and fun for the kids. The restaurant is spacious, the natural scenery is beautiful, and the food is recommended. Overall, this is a great resort for a family stay.

Wow, it was amazing staying here, the place is not far from Surabaya. For the pocket-friendly price, it's a good place to stay, even though I didn't include breakfast, my kids were also very happy, because there are many play areas (swimming, playing slides, you can rent mini offroad cars and electric bikes) it's suitable for those with small children to stay here, hopefully we can stay here again another time, thank you

The food is top-notch. Perfect for a staycation. ATVs and electric bikes are available. A suggestion for Bess Resort is to add other entertainment options.

Friendly service, smooth CICO, ample parking even though it's outdoors, the room was quite clean, and the view and air were very good. We didn't try the hotel food. However, the downsides were the mattress and pillows weren't optimal, being too soft, the towels a bit dull, the room wasn't soundproof, and the bathroom lighting was a bit dark.

second time staying here, last time was in 2014. comfortable place, easy access, clean room, good food variety but there is a small complaint about the corn soup, the corn is a bit hard

Many cool photo spots. The atmosphere is beautiful. If you take the rice field view / cottage, there is a balcony, very recommended for a staycation because the view makes you relax plus the air is fresh. Very family friendly, there is a playground + waterpark that can be accessed not far from the room. Nice place to stay. 👍🏻✨️

Actually everything is okay, no problem, the kids are also happy. Until the evening, it seems like there are a lot of rats on the roof. So they run around, and it's really noisy, I don't know if it's rats or cats. What's certain is that it's really noisy, my husband and I can't sleep because we keep getting shocked. Please pay attention again. I've complained to the receptionist when checking out, but they just smiled, no apology for the inconvenience. When I asked for a room change that doesn't have a twin bed, they also answered that our room is currently full 😅 even though it's really quiet. Just be honest, sorry the room you paid for can't be changed or what other reasons, it's better to be honest, sir. In conclusion, the sense of hospitality is lacking. That's all.
