Great experience for staycation, nearby from Tangerang... Sweet escape

Overall, it's nice and comfortable, suitable for families.

The perfect place to find tranquility and escape the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. It boasts beautiful views and fresh air. Complete amenities ensure everything you need is within reach. The hotel's varied cuisine also provides a mood-boosting breakfast.

The hotel staff is friendly, the check-in process is fast, the food is varied and tastes good, but some of the menu items are very salty, all the dishes are delicious, the room is clean, the mattress is not soft enough, there are no tissues in the room, there are only tissues in the toilet.

Many buildings have paint that is peeling off, as if they are not well maintained.

A large and luxurious resort with a variety of activities. The location is strategic and pleasant. The staff's response when guests arrived with their luggage for check-in was less than responsive, as was the case when bringing their luggage for check-out. The food wasn't particularly special for a luxury resort. Also, coordination between the restaurant staff when requesting a meal box for breakfast was very poor. I had to wait an hour past the promised time. The new replacement staff was very helpful. Overall, the staff were very friendly.

Very good place for staycation and holiday with the kids. A lot of activities to do. The place is very spacious! The ambiance is relaxing and far from the busy life of the city.

It was a memorable family time for us 4. There were alot of activities we did. We went for the swimming pool, table tennis, mini golf, archery, arcade and tennis by the rooftop! The view from the tennis court at the rooftop is amazing! Thank you.

A child-friendly hotel with a wide variety of activities, a quiet environment, and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. The staff is friendly and the check-in process is fast. The restaurant menu is varied and tastes good.

Love the hospitality. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are also clean. The restaurant food is delicious, and the breakfast is also delicious and has a lot of variety.

I really enjoyed staying here. The service was great, the staff were quick and friendly, the room was clean, the environment was great, and there were mini activities, perfect for bringing toddlers. Requesting an extra blanket, boiling pasta for the kids, and having diaper bags picked up were all done promptly after a phone request. I accidentally broke a bowl and didn't get charged for anything. I really loved it. The breakfast selection was also extensive. Oh, and check-in was incredibly fast. I arrived at the hotel before 2:00 and was able to check in without a long wait. If you want to eat, Sentul Cultural Park is also within walking distance. There's also a minimarket nearby. So, even though it's in the Sentul City area, it's still a great place to find food without having to leave the car. Will definitely be a family vacation option next time 🫶🏻

The children really liked the mini zoo and fishing facilities.

A highly recommended hotel especially for families with small children, it is very pleasant to stay here, I stayed in the deluxe room and felt very comfortable because the room was spacious, clean, there was a balcony too, the AC was cold, the bed was spacious and there were many activities here, such as feeding bunnies, taking a boat across the lake, a spacious kids club, there was also an outdoor playground, there were quite a lot of animals here for children to see.. The service and service were also very friendly, the breakfast had quite a lot of variations, all delicious, unfortunately for a 6 year old child they were charged IDR 140,000 but it was okay, it paid off with the delicious food and many variations.

The service is also ok, only I got room no. 131 and 133 in front of the engine or generator room. Very noisy especially at night when it turns on, it's shocking. Although I have been given a replacement room for the 2nd night, because I brought a small child, it was a hassle to move around. Please inform room 133 and 131 every guest who wants to check in if the engine is noisy in front. So it's more ethical and polite. Thanks
