CK Hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms at affordable prices. Things that need improvement: 1. Reservations: No direct contact number for reservations; you have to go through sales. Even if you contact me via direct message on Instagram, they only respond after I've checked out. That's frustrating. 2. Buffet Cleanliness: I arrived for breakfast at 10:00 AM, which is true, it was close to closing time on weekends, but that doesn't mean the stalls were left dirty, wet, and scattered. That's sad. 3. Room: I stayed in 607. I killed three cockroaches there... in the room... So I think these three things need to be addressed by management, especially as you're a large hotel in Tanjung Pinang. Staying at CK Hotel Tanjung Pinang was very pleasant, I was with my family with 2 children and 1 baby. The room was comfortable and clean, complete toiletries. The hotel service was also very friendly and the food at the hotel was quite delicious. Access to everywhere was quite close. Next time when visiting Tanjung Pinang, I might choose to stay at this hotel again.

Dirty hotel, lots of cockroaches in the room. Bad service, waiting for the room to be ready for 1.5 hours. Dimly lit room. Breakfast is okay, swimming pool is okay, seafood fried rice is delicious.

This is our umpteenth staycation, and everything just great as usual. If you stay here, don't miss the room service, it was so good and affordable too! We ordered Char Kwetiau Seafood, Fish and Chips, Nasi Goreng Spesial, Gado-Gado and Spaghetti Carbonara on that night. Thanks ck hotel, we'll be back again for sure! 😉
