When I arrived, the receptionist was sitting there on a video call. There was still trash in the room, even though I had just checked in.

Maintenance needs to be taken seriously. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling, so we had to move rooms several times. None of the chillers worked; they were all broken, and the room wasn't cooling at all. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, the toilet lid was dirty, and the area under the sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There were mosquitoes and small cockroaches in the room. There was trash under the curtains, the provided glass was cracked, and there were no power outlets near the bed.
