Good place to stay for a short vacation and friendly staff.

Clean & tidy hotel, easy parking.

arrived 1hour before 2pm and I understand that check in should be at 2pm and reception asked me to wait till 2pm and only he can checked me in. I was waiting for 45min and was really tired and again I approached him and ask if we can check in at 1.45pm as we are tired. The reception is playing phone and not professional at all. Rather than he ask us to fill up the form earlier and not ask us to wait till 2pm and only fill up the form. I'm a bit disappointed as the service was teribble. I' am the hotelier as well and I know what is the standard and how to talked to guest when guest approached to front desk. Please give a proper training to the staff on how to talk to the guest otherwise it will give bad reputation to your hotel. Thank you

1. there are no heater for guest 2. unfriendly receptionist for night shift 3. the mattress a little bit hard to sleep 4. the door a bit broken too hard to open it because the skru was loose

The hotel has no lift, the counters request that we produce no bookings, whereas from the given icons we can check the name, meals are not provided, the hotel is quite narrow.

it is a cool place for a budget hotel. Love the interior. Simple but nice

Some hiccup during check-in as the guy said the booking number given was not stated in their system. There was a leak from the air-conditioner during my stay. I woke up with a pool of water. Report to the front desk and then moved to another room on the same floor. The check-out was fast. Overall, the price of the room is reasonable as I only required a place to sleep.

The condition of hotel is so bad and below my expectation. there's no credit should be given to this hotel. Start from reception counter to the condition of the room was very bad. There was a bad smell along the corridor in first floor and second floor. The room is so small and the basic facilities such as hot water, soap shampoo and mineral water not prepared in the room. The toilet was not logic for me because people actually can see inside the toilet because it just a blur plastic glasses as wall. I guarantee who has come to this hotel will never think twice to come here again.
