This accommodation is close to Turide Stadium/GOR Mataram, a 5-minute motorbike ride away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a very affordable price and a strategic location. There's air conditioning and a hot shower. If you need food, just order an online motorcycle taxi. The staff are friendly, too. The accommodation is very homey. Even though the sink water wouldn't turn on, it wasn't a problem for us, as it wasn't an urgent matter. We even extended our stay for another night.

The bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine. The TV wouldn't turn on, the room was dirty, and the sheets were a color that was completely inappropriate for a hotel. The hotel staff were unfriendly and indifferent, and wouldn't help carry guests' luggage. The sink had a very small water outlet.

There's no explanation that this hotel doesn't allow guests to come with you, and there's no privacy. The TV also doesn't work.

Check-in times are flexible, service is quite good, and room comfort is quite good. Kitchen equipment needs to be improved to make it more convenient for guests to boil water, use containers/plates, and spoons. Overall, it's quite good.
