This hotel actually has a nice view and comfortable rooms for the price, but the stay was very disappointing. From the start, the front desk was unprofessional (instead of asking for ID, they asked for the booking fee), then guests were asked to check out at 6 a.m., citing the local "Nyepi" event, without prior notice, without compensation, and without an apology. If there are special rules, they should be covered up on the OTA to avoid any inconvenience to guests. It's a shame that this type of management makes for an unpleasant stay.
