Itu hotel nya masih tutup karena renop. Padahal sudah terlanjur bayar. Ini penipuan.

Tidak ada air panas, keset, sikat gigi, sprei kotor, udara kamar seperti gudang tidak pernah di buka, sama sekali tidak nyaman, sangat tidak layak disebut bintang 3, harga tidak sesuai.

I don't like to write negative comments but I wrote this for future improvement. The hotel needs renovation and improve cleanliness. The condition is that the lobby floor needs polishing and deep cleaning, the table is broken/broken in the room, the shower curtain is spotty and brown, the room walls are dull and need to be painted, the linen needs to be updated when I check, the linen is not replaced so it smells, the shower head is crusty, butts cigarettes are not cleaned. In the hotel property business, it must be maintained so that the hotel looks new and guests who stay comfortable. Hopefully it can be material for management's consideration.

Kamar hotelnya kotor, suram, lembab, bau WC nya keluar, pesan untuk 2 orang, tapi sikat giginya cuma 1. Jadi baru check in liat kamarnya sengeri itu, langsung check out, padahal sudah pesan untuk 2 hari, nggak bisa refund pula. Akhirnya minta bantu tim agen online, dan bisa refund.
