After arriving, parking downstairs because of the rain, eh uncomfortable, scary; After checking in, I decided not to continue and immediately checked out because the ceiling of the bathroom was black, the TV was not working, the AC was making noise in room 604; When I wanted to enter the room, the room was already open even though the new key was handed over to us.

Stay 24 December to 26 December 2023. Strategic location. Suitable with hotel promo price

When we first arrived we were given a room on the 2nd floor, after we had brought our stuff, we were moved to the 1st floor and given a room in a corner that made it uncomfortable for my wife and children. From there we immediately checked out without thinking twice. Because we were uncomfortable with the dirty bathroom, dirty ceiling and an aura that did not make the family comfortable.

The room is poorly maintained, smells of cigarettes, the room windows are not cleaned, soap, shampoo and drinking water are not available.

Please traveloka, go spot check. It can't even considered as a hotel. I've been to old fashioned hotel but this one is just not right. Smelly, creepy, dirty. The room wasn't even cleaned or tidied. Even with that low price, Kos-kos an is much better than this. Terrible if I must say

Anyway, please don't check out of this hotel before you regret it :( this isn't a hotel, it's more like an empty building

In terms of friendly service and comfort, it is sufficient, but improvements and maintenance are needed, especially regarding the facilities.

The room is really dirty and full of hair.

Our car crashed while in the lower parking lot. Even though we were backing up very slowly, the crashing sound was so loud, like it was being pulled backwards. We ran away from the hotel at 00.00 because we were really scared that the hotel was haunted.

The hotel is not very clean, the room smells, the sheets are dirty, the bathroom is dirty (no soap/towels), a total renovation is needed so that customers can be comfortable.

Sorry, it is according to the price but disappointed that it does not match the photo. Former star hotel but not maintained.

The location is okay. But the cleanliness, facilities, and rooms are lacking. There are no towels automatically available. You have to ask for them first. The place and the hallway are also creepy.

It's quite good, but some facilities need to be supplemented, such as TV, air freshener and AC.

The elevator was broken, the room door couldn't be locked, the pillows were dirty, the window curtains were torn, the bathroom faucet was broken, the existing AC facility was actually a fan. The fan is also broken, the TV won't turn on, basically this hotel really looks like it's not suitable for use! 👎

Lack of hotel maintenance, rooms do not match the application.

The cheap price doesn't expect anything, but what makes it uncomfortable is because it's so scary that I can't sleep 😭 I really got goosebumps when I first entered 😭.

The place is very strategic, however. Wifi is only in the lobby, only 1 plug in the room doesn't work, the building is too old and needs to be renovated, the sheets are dirty, the front roof of the bathroom is leaking, the bottom of the bathroom door is crumbling. For 3 nights there, thank God, there were no mystical disturbances like what other people have said.
