Doesn't match the visuals shown in the app. The bed is full of ants, lots of spider webs. The bathroom shower leaks. The door to the room is broken, can't be locked

The maids are lazy, the unit is not satisfactory, 3 ac units the size of an apartment are only a few meters away,

The important thing is that it's safe, comfortable with the cleanliness of the apartment for my family, close to the KRL station too, so it's close to going anywhere, next time we'll book again.

For me the best place is clean & smell very good, in this unit I got it. Thank you, highly recommended!

Kasurnya, sangat tidak nyaman untuk di pakai tidur. Selain itu ada paku dipinggir tempat tidur karena dipannya di atasnya di alasin pakek triplek tapi pakunya masih banyak yang nyantol di bagian tengah sisi kanan dan kiri, selain itu pintu kamar mandinya juga rusak di bagian atas nya. Remot ac nya batre nya habis, pada intinya saya tidak mendapatkan kamar sesuai dengan gambar yang saya pesan. Dan juga saya sebagai hotelier sangat kecewa

Dirty rooms, no rice cookware, dirty and inadequate chairs

Actually it is fun, there is still much that needs to be improved in the drinking water service, Water is given very little when asked when I check out is not provided, the wifi is not alive.

The condition of the room is not in accordance with the photo, the condition of the gallon does not use a dispenser (but it uses a gallon of pump), there are spots on the bed linen, the AC is not cold, the fragrance of the room is too oppressive.

It's really bad, the mattress hurts, all of a sudden, power failure, the toilet is uncomfortable and dirty, the balcony is not maintained. The service is bad, we have to find the key collection place.

Good Clean Just unfortunately there is no mandy equipment, comfortable and safe, a nice large swimming pool

Room is spacious enough, nice facilities.

The second room is hot, because the exhaust fan is unusable / damaged.

The offer in the application is a deluxe room type and when I checked in it turned out the room did not match my expectations.

Room & furniture need to be updated, cleanliness is not good, didn't get wifi connection, didn't get parking pass or any leniency on parking. The pool was great, lots of places to eat, very close to the mall, service is very attentive. Personally I wouldn't stay there again.

The room was dirty and dirty too when it came the towel was black and smelled bad. very disappointed.
