My Unforgettable (and Unwanted) Elevator Experience ! I'm here to share an experience, I'd have, getting stuck in an elevator for almost 20 minutes. The compensation offered is inadequate, and the risk management protocols are deficient. Consider carefully before booking your stay at this hotel.

The staff is friendly, the security is also good, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the AC is cold.

the front office was friendly, the security guy was very helpful. the room is clean and perfect size. the internet and tv connection was great. surrounding area were okay. close to foodstall and tourist area.

The staff were very friendly. Distance is not far from Komtar (approximately 10 minutes walk). The room is cleaned every day. They refilled the tea/coffee packets in the room also.

Close to Kimberley Street market and tourist attraction areas. Glad I stayed here.

The room is not too spacious, you could say cramped, because most hotels in Penang are expensive. But the location is good for those who like to eat, this hotel is a great location, when you exit the hotel, turn left and go straight to street food (starts in the evening-night) there are also many cute cafes, but for Muslim friends, you have to be selective about halal places to eat because most of them sell Chinese food. It is also close to Komtar, if you want to go to Bukit Bendera, just walk to Komtar and wait for bus no. 204, only pay 2RM/person and if you want to go back, take the same bus, if you use Grab it's around 34RM, it's not bad, you only pay 4RM, suhah round trip, the 30RM can be used for food. There is an iron on each floor, but the water dispenser (to refill tumblers so you don't have to buy water) is on the right before entering the elevator. There are also 2 elevators, to exit/enter through the front and 1 more to exit/enter through the back/outside. Next to the hotel there is a coin laundry, so before going home you can wash your clothes first and not bring dirty clothes 👍🏻

Strategic locations. The room is a bit small but just fine for a short trip.

Very strategic location close to tourist attractions, street food, George Town Heritage, Top Penang. The restaurant is very artistic, the food is also delicious.

The hotel location was great near Komtar (bus station) so we can go anywhere easily, at night the Kimberly Street has a lot of food stalls, but the minus was the bedroom and bathroom, the bedroom old style and the bathroom smelled bad.

The staff is very helpful, even if you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage and the hotel location is close to culinary and other tourist attractions.

Staff so friendly. They really appreciate people who came there, and I really recommended this hotel to people who want to go to Georgetown.

The room is very small. The AC is right above your head, so you'll catch a cold.
