My first time in Merauke. Overall, the hotel experience was good: good service, spacious, clean rooms, and delicious food. Unfortunately, the hot water in my room wasn't working. Upon arrival, the bathroom was locked from the inside, but it was quickly fixed.

The room is not as expected, booked the same room type as Swiss Bel in another city but the size is much different. The breakfast menu is varied and the hotel location is very strategic. Overall good.
