Please fix the bathroom, there is a smell from the closet.

Actually first timer stay in tanjung selor and choose this hotel because it affordable and in facilities part they stated have a lift (you know how many stuffs you bring while travelling with baby). Arrived there, check in online and they said lift under maintenance, so we need to walk up using big stair (I see the lift and it stated “only can bring 2 adults in one time operation”).The building seems old/classic, the room is big (bigger than our room in palmy hotel previously) but the facilities seems old, hot water in bathroom not consistance since we need to wait for long to change the cool to hot water, refrigerator not working well, no smoking room but have ashtray that smells like cigarettes, there is also stain on the wall. While breakfast, they cannot deliver the food to room, so my husband bring it to my room. Overall the room big and slightly soundproof, but you need to improve your facilities. Its slightly different between the picture in traveloka with the real room situation, IMO

The hotel location is very strategic, vehicle parking is very protected, the staff are very helpful and responsive. Hopefully can visit again.

First time staying here, so far comfortable. Clean room, complete facilities, balcony, delicious breakfast. Just a little disturbed the bathtub is a bit dirty, hopefully it will be noticed.

Every time I stay in Tanjung Selor I always choose this hotel. Apart from being close to everywhere, it is also easy to access offices and places to eat, everything can be reached just by walking.

Staff hotel bagian resepsionis sangat ramah.

The wifi is slow, hard to connect, often disappears, can't work, the bathroom is dirty, rarely brushed, there are stains on the sink, the foot towel is dirty, the soap and shampoo run out and are not refilled, the bedroom is dusty. The advantages are that the breakfast is delicious.

Room facilities are quite good, elevator security is not recommended. Please replace the type of lift with a safer one.

After several years of returning here, there have been changes, the doors have electric cards, there is also an LIFT now. Service and food are always the best.

A pleasant stay, the room was clean, the facilities in the room were sufficient, there was no hair dryer, there was a hot shower, the AC was cold, there were quite a lot of chairs provided in the room. Standard breakfast menu, sufficient taste. Overall I think it's good. Superior twin room option on 3rd floor.
