The staff was very friendly. I arrived at 5 a.m. and was immediately offered a room upgrade because the room I'd chosen was still occupied. It wasn't a problem, as the upgrade price was still relatively affordable, and the room amenities were excellent.

The service was friendly and good, and the room was clean. The Wi-Fi was lacking, making it difficult to watch TV because it frequently disconnected. It was sometimes a bit noisy when the staff was cleaning. Hopefully, this can be improved.

It was actually comfortable, but the room I got had really poor wifi, and it didn't even reach the room. I also got a bed that was actually designed for one person, and they had to be paired up, so sleeping wasn't comfortable. The ambiance was pleasant from morning to evening, but it was quite dim at night. Luckily, I was on the 3rd floor.

Good. The bed is big. The parking area is spacious. Near the station so there are lots of food in the hotel area. The hotel does not provide meals. The bed size is 200x180 so don't worry about it being cramped, for those who bring children, you can ask to combine or make a twin bed. The room is clean, but there are ants who don't know where they came from. The hot water also works well. Next time I go to Tulungagung, I will definitely stay again in Surakarta. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Refillable drinking water is provided in front of the room and in the lobby. Hopefully the drinking water is branded, sis, not just ordinary refillable water 😉

The bed was soft. The only downside was that the elevator opening and closing could be heard in the room. The location is incredibly convenient, close to restaurants and the train station, so finding food during Ramadan is easy. There's ample parking.
