This is my 2nd stay here. Staff were very accommodating and will assist you personally. Upon checking in, we were not able to be assisted immediately due to prior difficult guests but the receptionist, Ms. Rica, went all out by calling us in our room just to personally apologize. Would like to personally acknowledge Ms Rica and Ms Aiza's assistance and to the rest of the staff. Felt like staying in a five-star hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a family room for free because their deluxe rooms were fully booked. The room was huge. The bed was very comfortable especially the pillows. The room was clean when we checked-in. Their breakfast was delicious. We didn’t want to leave the place. They also have the friendliest staff. We will definitely go back!

Always a comfy place to stay. and allows early check in's. though we did not order food from them so I cannot rate them equally on that matter.

Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Room is big and clean, one thing we have noticed is that the floor is a bit sticky, maybe it needs more cleaning and mopping. Love the complete amenities in the room, you cannot asked for more. Value for money!

The place was overall clean and nice though the network signal inside our room is weak. WiFi is good. We chose this place because it's near Globe Circuit Grounds. The triple room was quite good and big enough for us. The staff were also attentive and friendly.

I was delightful enough. They converted my room to two bedrooms for free. It was a wonderful stay for me. They are very particular when it comes to clean, very good customer service. Safe and secure. I'm gonna promote this to my family and friends. Thanks for providing the satisfaction that I need.
