Everything was very comfortable and satisfying, except for the orange pillow in the room with the "hari" logo that needed maintenance or replacement. It was very dirty and moldy, looking like it had never been changed or washed. This orange pillow was placed on top of a clean bed. While this might be normal for some, it might be uncomfortable and uncomfortable for others. Breakfast and dinner here were very aesthetically pleasing, thanks to the direct view of the Mahakam Twin Bridges.

The room wasn't soundproof enough. The housekeeping staff needs improvement. Just asking for towels had to wait over an hour, but they didn't come. I called the receptionist three times, but there was no response.

The river view room was beautiful and very clean. The room amenities were all great. The hotelier was friendly and kind. We were even allowed to take family graduation photos in the hotel area. Thank you so much 🫶 The breakfast menu was all good, and what was also fun was that there was some hilarious entertainment during breakfast 😁
