Warm greetings from Tarakan Plaza Hotel, Mrs. Desty, we are very sorry that you had an unpleasant experience while staying at Tarakan Plaza Hotel. The first room we gave you was not a non-smoking room because that type of room is a smoking room. Likewise, with online orders there is no special request for a non-smoking room. Regarding the geckos and American cockroaches that you found, we deeply regret and apologize for this. Our hotel has been working with Pest Control for a long time to overcome these things. However, these things are really beyond our control. In the future, we will increase our cooperation with pest control in order to overcome this. Regarding your being trapped in the elevator, we also regret and apologize profusely. We conduct periodic checks and supervision of the elevator performance in collaboration with third-party elevator technicians. In the future, we will increase the checking and supervision of this elevator more intensively in order to prevent things like what you mentioned. We truly apologize sincerely and deeply regret what you experienced while staying at Tarakan Plaza Hotel. We promise to improve the above points in order to improve the satisfaction of our guests who stay.
