My first experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to Royal Plaza and Plaza Marina. It's also close to a small village, so if you're hungry, you can just walk. The service is friendly and helpful. The room is quite small, making it a bit difficult to pray. But it's just right for a quick stopover and sleep. The bathroom amenities are quite complete. The elevator is a bit stuffy, as it lacks air conditioning. Perhaps it could be improved. There's no heater either, but don't worry, friends, because you can ask for free hot water, get it from the dispenser, or hang out at the cafe downstairs.

Comfortable and clean rooms, and a location close to places to eat

The shower curtain is missing, so the shower water is everywhere. Time to change the sheets and towels. They're no longer white.

the place is nice.. the room is okay.. the receptionists are all friendly and nice.. it's just that the parking lot for motorbikes doesn't have a roof so when it rains the motorbike gets wet and dirty again. if possible, the motorbike parking lot should be roofed if security is all okay. the food for those who book a room plus breakfast is quite good.. this is the 2nd time staying at Cleo when there is an event in SBY..👍👍 highly recommended cheap good room 😊😊
