The bedroom and bathroom are clean & comfortable, but not soundproof so when there is an event in the 3rd floor ballroom it can be heard in the room

the room was not cleaned properly. and the toilet and trash were not cleaned

The breakfast was very lacking, the boiled sweet potato noodles were undercooked and the sweet potatoes were only as big as a finger. The green beans were only in bean water and it was hard to find them 🤣🤣🤣

Comfortable and a good choice for staying in Sintang. However, this hotel doesn't have an elevator to access the rooms. The elevator only goes to the restaurant. I stayed in an executive room. The room wasn't particularly large for an executive room, but it was comfortable enough. Breakfast was quite tasty, with a variety of menu options available.
