The bathroom water smells bad.

There is still a need for additional facilities, food menus and improvements in the cleanliness of the indoor and outdoor areas, but overall, I think it's worth it and has a good view for a vacation.

The peaceful atmosphere of the village...cleanliness in the village is still considered normal, but if the star rating could be adjusted, it would be better...there is no hot water for bathing, the view and atmosphere, especially at night, are the best for healing

The swimming pool and view are nice, but unfortunately the residents who visit there do not maintain the environment and cleanliness, and litter.

Overall is good, just need to improve cleanliness especially in the lobby area and dining area. The location is very strategic, very suitable for staycation

Yellow light. The interior is dark. So scary.

A comfortable place to retreat. Quiet and refreshing. Only the service, variety of food and drinks/restaurants need to be improved. For those who will stay overnight, it is recommended to bring your own vehicle for more comfort.

The location of the hotel is central in the city. It has a beautiful view because it is right in the corner where the river flow to the sea.

Sepray masih tercium aroma badan orang. Makanan menunya sama terus. Dengan harga 700an, tidak ada pemanas untuk mandi.

Kamar luas, bersih, fasilitas paling lengkat di daerah Sangkulirang. Pemandangan nya bagus.

Sarapan tidak dipersipakan dengan baik, area sarapan banyak kotoran burung, TV tidak berfungsi dengan baik.

Room: Spacious, soft bed, but there are cockroaches. The blanket has spots on it. Breakfast: at a price of 800k/night, not highly recommended. Location: Road access is a bit broken, dusty.

The place and view of the resort are actually very good, but the cleanliness is lacking, besides that the employees do not comply with the process, are not consistent in wearing masks, and the swimming pool is open to the public, so it is too full, so hotel guests who give in to swim are so full the pool, breakfast is lacking, at 8 in the morning there is nothing, even though breakfast is open from 7-10, not refilled, coffee and tea are running out, food variation is really minimal. For the expensive ressort room prices, it should be further improved for the quality of service and cleanliness, especially during a pandemic like this, thanks. 🙏🏻
