The staff is very friendly, the hotel is easy to access and close to tourist attractions, the hotel is beautiful and clean.. but please improve the cleanliness of the bathroom because it is slippery and the bed cover has lots of stains..

Breakfast is not very varied

This is the first time I've stayed at this hotel and I was surprised that the cleanliness was very lacking. I happened to stay in a standard room and asked to move rooms from 302 to 310 because there was a lot of dust. The AC wasn't cold and there was no wifi 🫣🙂‍↕️We finally asked to move rooms because there was no elevator. Then I was surprised that when breakfast arrived, they asked me to add 30 thousand rupiah because my child was 7 years old. I was surprised that this was the first time I had to pay for breakfast even though it was free on my application, but we still paid and I saw that it wasn't just me and other guests, but I was surprised that Bali would fix the system this time. Thank you 🙏

Staff & security, okay, good, friendly, very helpful. Complete facilities, - the billiard table needs maintenance (replace the table carpet, there's none). - The swimming pool looks clean. I wanted to swim with the kids, but there were boys around elementary school swimming naked, maybe there should be more discipline for guests like this, because it affects the comfort of other guests. My child who is not yet 3 years old, feels disgusted to swim. - Spacious parking lot. Room: - Unfortunately the water heater is not working, I had time to inform the staff to contact them but they were lazy. - Springbed mattress, the springs are starting to make noise. - Not enough sugar (not a problem) - TV, refrigerator work well. - If possible there is another mat after the entrance. Food: - Food, okay. - Breakfast staff are quick to respond if something runs out. Access: - Roadside, easy to find. - Near the restaurant, so it's not difficult to find food. Unfortunately forgot to take pictures, will come back again

Stayed 2 nights here 2 adults and 1 child. Check in at 8 pm was still possible then escorted to the room by the staff. The room is spacious for a standard room size. Although it is an old building but it is clean and does not look scary. Get toiletries, drinks, glasses, tea, coffee and there is a small refrigerator that is very cold. The hot water in the bathroom works well. A slight drawback is that the bed is a bit curved so it is not comfortable to sleep on, hopefully it will be fixed in the future. Breakfast on Saturday is delivered to the room with a fried rice menu complete with eggs and chicken. There is watermelon, bread with jam and tea. Breakfast on Sunday is a buffet, children under 5 years old are still free. Varieties of food plus delicious fried noodles. The swimming pool also looks clean. Forced to move rooms because the AC was off. Hot water also complained twice, because the gas installation was not correct.

The hotel is ok but the facilities are lacking, lots of ants, unstable TV channels, bad wifi, hopefully it can be better. Especially attention to every guest who comes. The hotel is quiet so it looks scary. There is no buffet breakfast. Aliases taken to the room.
