This hotel is very close to the hospital. It only takes 3 minutes to cross the road and I arrive at the hospital. Then it is comfortable and clean. There are also many restaurants, bakeries, churches, and laundry shops near the hotel. I feel very satisfied.

The hotel is clean and the room is spacious, the location is right across from Loh Guan Lye Hospital.. I actually booked a deluxe 2 bedrooms apartment… the location is very strategic, there are many restaurants and cafes just a few minutes walk away, there is a 7-11 next to the hotel lobby.. My husband left his cellphone after checking out and realized it when he was on the plane about to take off to Jakarta.. I immediately contacted the hotel and asked to find it but it couldn't be found.. I panicked and gave up if my cellphone couldn't be found.. but after checking via the "Find my phone" application, it turned out that his cellphone was still in the hotel, so I asked to check again and luckily there was Mr. Dickson who found his cellphone, so he could ask a friend who was still in Penang to take it home to Jakarta. Awesome Mr. Dickson you are our angel! He is truly a valuable asset for the company! Honest and competent staff👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Gazillions of thanks for your act we really appreciate it🙏🏻🥰

The hotel is just across Loh Guan Lye hospital for those who want to visit the hospital it’s very convenience to stay here n yet very close to city centre.. there is 7-Eleven just the next door and Sim Nam Huat chicken rice beside the hotel.. I booked deluxe 2bedrooms apartment and it’s so spacious, my kids can run here and there freely and the amenities are so complete too.. Awesome! Definitely will stay here again if we come to Penang… My stay was really memorable especially when my hubby left his phone in the hotel n just realized it when we were on the plane to fly back to Jakarta… after asking last minute checking to the reception n housekeeping by whatsapp n email they couldn’t find it anywhere in the room (it was 306), but I requested to do second search as “Find my phone” app still showed the HP was still at the hotel and thank God there was Mr. Dickson the assistant manager who was on duty and he did the double checked n tadaaaaa he found the HP… and we were lucky enough to have another friend who was still in Penang so she can bring it back to Jkt… The hotel is so lucky to have such a dedicated, reliable yet responsible employee like Mr. Dickson. He is truly a valuable asset for the company!!! Gazillions thanks Mr. Dickson!🙏🏻🙏🏻☺️ Keep the good work! we will never forget your kindness act… GBU💕

The hotel is clean, the room is quite spacious. Everything is close, especially to Loh Guan Lye Hospital, just crossing the street. Looking for food is all close. Within a 10-minute walk, there are many food courts. Within a 6-minute walk, you will be close to Ibu Sayang's Clean Pro Laundry.

Great accommodation. My family is already a regular here. The highlight would always be the close proximity to our hospital, we could practically walk to the hospital. Taxi is also an option to the elderly, and it's really close by. The room is spacious and clean.
