Everything was great, the staff were all friendly. The glamping area was also clean, with minimal mosquitoes or insects. The only downside was the road noise. The resort is actually far from the main road, but it's located at a higher elevation with a view of the main road. Otherwise, everything was great.

The Glamping very comfy with clean air, right place to inhanle & exhale but the minus is motorcycle exhaust very noise pollution. Overall this place is nice & OK

The view from the room was beautiful, and there were plenty of children's play facilities, so the kids wouldn't get bored. The staff was very friendly.

Overall it's good, but it's quiet at night and there's no event. Maybe in the future there could be live music on weekends and it would be even more fun if there was a hot water pool. The kids would be happy.

The location is nice and tidy, even though it's a tent glamping site. The toilets are also clean, even in the blind type. It's perfect for those who want to enjoy glamping in a natural setting while still remaining comfortable.

Thank you Trizara Resort. Our stay at Trizara was truly memorable, with the staff being very responsive and helpful with any questions. The excellent environment also made the experience even more memorable.

Comfortable.... worth it for the price

The atmosphere is comfortable, worth it with the price. Cool, even really cold at night. We stayed on August 16-18, the peak of the August 17th celebrations plus the people's party so the neighboring village's events could be heard until 12 am, and they were really loud. The risk of glamping is not soundproof... and just think of it as being at one with nature and the lives of the local people around hehe just have fun.

Definitely recommended... For a honeymoon.... (Just one unfortunate thing, the glamping doesn't have a TV). When I wanted to watch Moto GP on the weekend, I just realized there was no TV... but overall... it was amazing...

It was quite fun staying here, but there was one thing missing... the hot water didn't work... even though the temperature was cold

The place is beautiful and very comfortable, clean and cool. All the staff are friendly and helpful, family-friendly, and close to the Lembang Zoo & Park and Farmhouse. I'd love to come back here again next time I'm in Lembang.

The service is top-notch. I love it. The place is super clean, with lots of game options. The food is delicious.

I originally wanted to go to BBCBN, but because it was full, I ended up looking for something still available at Trizara. It wasn't disappointing and actually made me happy. The place is spacious and the facilities are quite complete. My family and I had lots of fun activities here. The only thing that needs improvement is the food, especially the rib soup and oxtail soup. The meat could be processed better to make it more tender. Also, please keep the dispensers in general clean.

Clean, nice and helpful staff, there are games like foosball, ping pong, etc. that make the holiday atmosphere even more exciting.

The view from the room was great, the staff are friendly and helpful, easy to get food when you are hungry. Trizara always becomes my choice to rest and relax.

The view is really great along with the camping sensation. The downside: the hot water often turns off by itself, the BBQ meat is tough, 350K only gets a little meat. For healing and being alone, this is okay overall.

Check-in time can be earlier, the staff is very friendly, the tent is quite clean, the view is awesome... the only downside is the sound of the motorbike exhaust is quite loud, so if it's already night approaching morning it's very disturbing.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the atmosphere is very beautiful, everything is top.
