Check in was not smooth. Some staff are not knowledgeable about my 8 room bookings. Even if I told them that each room is under different names and that they will be the one to check in, even if the actual occupants already registered, they still put some rooms under my name so it's very difficult for personal account bills since some rooms are under my name. Check in time is 3pm but some rooms were given beyond 3pm already, Reason for one staff why were not handled with care is because we availed of a promo rate. Ridiculous! All should be treated equally regardless of the rate since we are all paying guests. Rooms, hallways and lobby smell bad, it's like there's septic tank leaking. Bacon in the restaurant is per request and one time only. Why is this so? If they don't want to include bacon in the breakfast buffet then why did they let some guests know that there is available but only per request. One serving is not enough since its very small and were families of 4 per room.
