FO and security are friendly and responsive, but my room number 1512 is next to the part of the hotel building that is being repaired/renovated, sometimes the sound of hammering, drilling, etc. can be heard into the room, and also my bed which should be a double bed but it is a twin bed that is combined, so the middle part is hard and uncomfortable, because there are 4 of me (me, wife, 7 year old child, 1 year old child) makes it impossible for me to sleep on the bed because I feel sorry for my child having to be in the middle, it must be uncomfortable and finally I slept on the sofa for 2 days 2 nights, and on the first day for toothpaste I only got 1 when it should be 2. so far for batiqa with a cost per night of 600-700 thousand, it needs improvement in terms of facilities to support comfort, the staff are friendly and responsive, the breakfast menu may need improvement in terms of the diversity of main dishes, strategic location but minimal parking, my conclusion for Batiqa Lampung gets a score of 7/10

We stayed for 3 nights, and every afternoon we had to renew our access card to enter the room. The access card was only set up for a one-day stay. This was certainly annoying. When we were tired and wanted to rush to our room and rest, we had to go down to the lobby just to renew our access key. It turned out we had to do this every day.

Quite satisfied, close to the city center, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. I'll stay here again next time.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious, especially the "Lumpia Semarang" which is amazing. Everyone should try it. However, parking is a bit limited, perhaps due to the large number of guests staying there.
