I was initially skeptical, as the exterior wasn't very convincing, but the reviews were high. Once inside, the atmosphere was comfortable, with lots of plants and good air circulation, not stuffy. I booked a twin room on the 3rd floor, which the owner said was the most spacious. All the essentials were available, such as hangers and hooks, power outlets, a prayer mat, a table, and chairs. The room and bathroom were very clean. Hangers were available in the bathroom. The sheets were spotless and white, and I don't know how they maintain them (even star-rated hotels sometimes have stained sheets). Since May, breakfast has been unavailable for online bookings, but you can buy it for a very reasonable price of IDR 10,000 per portion, including bananas and dessert. Only offline bookings receive free breakfast. It was impressive, with friendly staff, luggage lifts, parking assistance, and free tea, coffee, and water available 24 hours in the lobby. I have no regrets staying here.

Pleasant, clean room and bathroom. Clean white sheets, fragrant blankets freshly washed. There is a fan, Wi-Fi, TV works well. Toilet paper, liquid soap, and towels are provided in the toilet. Free tea and coffee anytime, friendly staff. Vintage-style accommodation. Breakfast is in the lobby so it's not difficult to go upstairs, especially for seniors. Note: It seems like every check-out everything is changed, including the blankets and bathroom mats. Kudos for the low price to be this clean. Keep it up, Sis, good luck to Hello.

Always stay here every time I go to Bukittinggi

On the e-ticket, you get breakfast, but it should be changed to sahur food, right? But instead, you don't get it.

It's well worth it for a budget hotel. Great service and cleanliness. We arrived in the middle of the night and were still checked in.

The hotel staff was very helpful, especially guiding me through parking. The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. I also loved the hot coffee. If I go to Bukittinggi again, I will stay there again. Highly recommended. The hotel's location is close to the Jam Gadang and other tourist attractions.
