Very good

Honestly, the hotel and room were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the check-in process was fast, but I don't know what happened, I got a room with a leaking AC, the technician came twice and checked the tip but it was still dripping water. So far so good, but that's all. The Wi-Fi is also not very fast. I will still come back again, hopefully I don't get a room with an AC like that again.

Wi-Fi is not working well (not connecting well) TV channels need attention, the picture on the TV is not clear, the variety of food needs to be increased, all staff are friendly, security is very helpful

Strategically located, surrounded by many food stalls and a supermarket. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good-sized beds.

The location is strategic and if you want to find food for dinner, you just have to leave the hotel, there are lots of food stalls, it's really great.

I'm a regular at Luminor Pecenongan. So far, I've been very satisfied. But yesterday, I was a bit disappointed; my room smelled quite strongly of cigarettes.

At the restaurant, the food and service are great.

The room is nice but there are vibrations from the window, maybe because it's on the high floor, but it's okay for me who has trouble sleeping in hotels, I finally fell asleep hahaha the food is all delicious, I feel at home in the restaurant because it's very cozy and the waitresses are all responsive, I hung out for 2 hours and tried everything served at Luminor, see you next time Lumi!

I stayed in this hotel for the JAKIM 2025. The hotel is near the starting line (Monas), only 10-15 minutes walking distance. It's also within walking distances to great food stalls and restaurants, notably Bakmi Kelinci, Ragusa, etc. so If you would like to do culinary exploration this hotel is very suitable. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was good, warm water shower good. Only the towell were a bit hard and old. Maybe renewal for the towell should be done. All in all the location and the value of this hotel is wonderful and I would like to stay again sometime.

The hotel is OK, but the sound from the hotel next door (it seems like a nightclub) makes it a bit noisy. The toilet needs to be flushed several times, maybe it's just in my room or what, I don't really understand.

The facilities and services are very good, the breakfast is very special and varied, the wifi facilities are not yet adequate.

The receptionist was very friendly and the food was varied and delicious.

everything was very good.. but there was one receptionist.. who was not very friendly when we asked.

The staff are very friendly, especially the security guard on duty who is very good at providing service.
