The room is spacious, divided into 2 bedrooms and a TV room with a sofa bed, complete and ample furniture, can accommodate a family of more than 5 people I think, it's just a shame that some parts are dusty, either they haven't been cleaned or the room hasn't been used for a long time because the dust is quite thick, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, only 2 towels are provided even though the capacity for 5 people is better provided according to capacity, there is also a little soap, no shampoo, oh yes there are prayer tools, sarongs, mukena and prayer mats I like because it is rare for owners to provide this and there are also plugs with long cables I really like it, check in and check out independently

the service is very friendly & good, but unfortunately the apartment room is not very tidy, the sheets are dirty, the towels are dirty, 2 rooms only use hexos, the living room has air conditioning but it is not cold at all, so all the rooms are very hot.

very dirty, there are traces of ciki in the room, cigarette butts on the balcony, the sheets look like they haven't been changed, there's a lot of dirt on the mattress, and the faucet can't be directed downwards. cleanliness is not maintained because I usually go to the inn and enter it in a clean condition. please take better care of it so that tenants don't feel like they're at a loss staying there. thank you.

Here for a family vacation. Got it in tower C with a view of the zoo. The room is clean, comfortable, complete with equipment. Check in & out procedures are hassle-free. Admin is helpful if you have any questions. Close to everywhere. Right next door there is a gate directly to Ciwalk so you can walk straight away. Food and minimarkets are complete below. Very satisfied staying here. Recommended and want to stay again another time👍

Pertama kali saya menginap di apartemen di Indonesia. Awalnya kita kira cukup luas tempatnya karena ada 2 bedroom tapi pas datang ternyata agak sempit kalau buat ber 5. Toilet juga ngepas buat 1 orang. Apartemennya bersih, kamar rapi, dapur bersih, toilet lumayan bersih tapi buat saya dan suami yang terbiasa nginep di hotel, apartemennya kurang nyaman apalagi buat ber 5. Suasana apartemen cukup ramai, banyak yang jualan di lantai dasar, ada Alfamart, ada resto-resto kecil juga. Kolam renang juga ada tapi belum sempat nyoba karena kita rencana nginap 2hr hanya jadi 1 hr aja di sini lalu pindah ke hotel. So far, semuanya oke sih cuma mungkin buat kita aja yang agak kurang pas.

Got a room on the 3rd floor, only the mattress was too thin. The blanket is also very thin and has holes like it has been ironed, the rest is still okay for just sleeping.

The toilet smells a bit, for that price it's still better for a hotel, because you have to pay for parking again, it's a maximum of 25 thousand for parking, but if you go out you can feel it too.

Sorry to say kak, di kamar ini cuma di kasih handuk kecil 1 doang (ya ampuun gak nyangka), selimut juga size single cuma 1. Lampu kamar remang-remang. Padahal dengan ukuran kamar yang kecil gitu mestinya penerangannya oke. Di luar balkon kotor banget dan bau huhu. Selebihnya AC dingin, ownernya juga fast respon dan sangat komunikatif.
