The staff is friendly, the swimming pool is different from other hotels in Karawang, regular staycations here from children aged 3 years to now children aged 10 years and the first child is already married.

My sons and daughters live at the Karawang Islamic Boarding School. I stay at the Akshaya Hotel once a month. From 2016 to 2025, Akshaya has been a regular feature in our monthly stays. It's our sole choice over others because of its affordability, comprehensive facilities, and proximity to shopping centers. Akshaya is the perfect destination for a family vacation.

This is my first time staying here, it happens to be close to the children's campus (UNSIKA), the hotel is comfortable, clean, the parking lot is also spacious and there are lots of trees and the location is quite comfortable, not noisy with vehicles, it seems like the area has its own hotel.

Overall it's comfortable to stay here, the room is clean, towels, sheets, toilet is also clean, there is a mini fridge too. But unfortunately there is no tissue in the room, there is only toilet tissue

The curtains are very dirty for the rooms in front of the pool. The window glass is dusty, never noticed in cleaning the room. There are also some bathrooms that are not clean enough.
