The staff were very welcoming and gave advice on nearby attractions. They took good care of us. The room had a nice atmosphere and was beautifully decorated. We got the perfect Chiang Mai feel. It was clean and very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is convenient for travel. Check-in is fast, less than 5 minutes. The staff provides good service and smiles. However, the room is not soundproof.

The hotel is made of traditional wood, small rooms, dark, bathrooms have cockroaches, there are no elevators so you have to go up stairs, dirty floors are expensive, the location is decent if going to the night market and food culinary just walking but if you go to the market that sells 24 hours durian must take an uber or tuk-tuk

This is very nice place for vacation. It's near by Waroros market where is a famous market in Chiangmai and Bupparam temple is a very beautiful temple so this is why I love Ban Chang Thong.
