The TV wouldn't turn on, there were no channels. The bed was very hard.

The management is friendly, and it's close to the city center, shops/markets, culinary delights, the harbor, and other entertainment options. It's automatically cleaned daily, and it's still safe after a week here. The hotel is often busy, almost at full occupancy.

The cleanliness inside the hotel is decent, but outside the hotel there are lots of animals roaming around.

Staff nice and friendly. Stayed here during Ramadan, and the iftar market was right next door!

I arrived almost midnight, and the staff were very friendly and helpful in parking my car and checking me in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The location is in the heart of Bima, making it easy to get everywhere. I'd stay here again if I were in Bima again.

Lack of generator backup during a power outage from PLN, because yesterday when the incident occurred there was still equipment that was not backed up (AC) and the generator died before the PLN electricity came back on.

I have booked a hotel for 3 nights! Then my flight was canceled because of a natural disaster of Mount Merapi, I have tried to contact the hotel and ask for tolerance, because it could not be refunded so we asked to be occupied by our colleagues who are in Bima, but the information is that it cannot be done because it must be someone who checks in, but we have confirmed it still cannot be done! Please feel a little tolerance, because there is a disaster! It is not our wish as customers not to come!

8.5/10 Yes ✨ The room is minimalist but clean, the TV doesn't work properly (can't be turned on), the hot water keeps flowing, the AC is good, it's not soundproof so if you laugh or tell stories you have to hold it back a bit so as not to disturb others.
