The hotel is comfortable, spacious, quiet, clean.

The Wi-Fi is very poor. I can't access it and it doesn't reach my room. Please pay attention. Thank you. Hopefully it will be fixed next time.

Only the Wi-Fi needs to be fixed. Room 218 can't access Wi-Fi. So there's no Wi-Fi service. Everything is fine, just the Wi-Fi network needs to be improved and looked at.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is near the airport and city center. Good for business purposes.

I booked a VIP room, but there was no hair dryer in the bathroom, even though it was stated when I booked. The AC settings don't seem to be working because I set the temperature to 28°C in fan mode and I also turned off the fan line, but it was still cold.

The receptionist was very friendly and proactive, providing complete information on where the welcome drink was, where breakfast was served and the times.

Pros: Right outside the airport, which is extremely strategic. We originally booked adouble room, but a twin room was ready several hours before the double room was, so we decided to take the twin and they were really flexiible with this. Cons: The room had no window and was really run down, with peeling paint on the walls, mold and dirt. The bedding and towels were also stained. The bathroom was full of scale and it wasn't clean but the worst thing was the smell. It smelled so strong from the toilet cake (chemical) that even whith closed doors, the entire room reeked from it.

The hotel is comfortable but unfortunately the kitchen can't estimate how much food is available for the guests, at just 8:00 a.m. a lot of food is already finished, the service in the restaurant is not friendly and seems indifferent to guests who run out of food.. overall everything is good 👌

The hotel location is very strategic, easy to find. Friendly service, spacious parking, spacious rooms, delicious food. But unfortunately in the bathroom the water taps are not clean, the sink is clogged, and it is a bit difficult to regulate the flow of hot and cold water.

Good, strategic location in the middle of the city in front of the airport. So if you want to fly, just cross over.
