This is my 3rd stay, value for money, spacious clean room, friendly staff, breakfast delivered to the room.

For the location located in the middle of the city, the Demangan area is quite busy, the cleanliness of the room can be improved, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean, overall a good stay.

The hotel's location is close to the city center. The hotel staff is friendly. I love the spacious rooms. Although it's an older hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel area is maintained.

+: The hotel's location is very strategic. The hotel staff is friendly and immediately came to help when we had problems with the room facilities. -: Old hotel with poor maintenance. Many facilities need to be updated, such as the bathtub/toilet/sink are stained, the water faucet is rusty, the door lock is difficult to open/close. The bathroom smells, probably from the drain. There are geckos and mosquitoes in the room. The Wi-Fi/TV/room phone during my stay could not be used, the reason being that there was a problem with the provider. The atmosphere is a bit creepy because it is quiet (there are also few hotel staff) and there is not enough lighting in the lobby/bar area. The taste and variety of the breakfast menu are good, but in my opinion the portion is too small for that price, perhaps more vegetables/side dishes could be added.

Very nice, beautiful and natural, the atmosphere and concept are very good because they have a Balinese-Javanese feel.

The place is beautiful and in the middle of town. Unfortunately, it's very quiet and there are only a few employees. There's Wi-Fi, but it often cuts out and is slow.

This is the first time my family and I have stayed here again, after staying here 5 years ago during the pandemic, and the hotel was still good.

comfort place in the city, near Sanata Dharma University in Mrican, near UNY and UGM. very classic. suround by so many culinary area. quaite far from indomaret or alfamart. the hotel have swimming pool, but in the second area, across the first hotel. No regret stay in this hotel,

Old hotel, glorious in its time, now quiet because it is still affected by the pandemic. Friendly and good service. The facilities are indeed clean and tidy, it's just that maybe because it's quiet and there were no customers for a long time so the atmosphere is a bit creepy. But it's actually comfortable because it's clean and the rooms are big, a Balinese-style hotel in Yogya. The location is close to major campuses in Yogya. Suitable if you go there with lots of people, if there are only two of you it's a bit creepy. 1 more thing, there's no wifi.
