Cool hotel, friendly service.

Thank you, it's just not friendly for us, the Halal Industry and Sharia Economy, who fight for the inclusiveness of Islam as a religion of rahmatan lil alamin.

The hotel staff is friendly, the AC is cold, the parking is ok, the bed sheets are not clean, the towels are not clean enough, the amenities are incomplete, there is no electric kettle and the room is dusty.

It should be good for that price, but this is a dud, it doesn't match the scary photo, it's dirty, full of mosquitoes, itchy, I swear I didn't fill it up and checked out straight away, not recommended!

The AC wasn't cold, the bed sagged, I complained and moved rooms, the AC got worse, instead of enjoying it, I ended up sweating when I took a shower, so I checked out and didn't sleep in the swimming pool either, there was no water, for around 300, I should have gotten a room that was worth it for the Cibubur area.

Location: located not in a main road, but it is not a big issue for me. The good thing: There is minimarket near the hotel. Contact: hotel cannot be contacted at all. I used hotel contact provided in traveloka app. Cleanliness: bad. Floor is dusty, bed is not clean, bathroom floor is stained, there is no doormats. I did't even dare to use the towel, because it was really smelly. There is no water heater flask for making coffee or tea. The most disappointing part is the swimming pool. The reason why I chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool for the facility. But when I came, it is not a swimming pool for human, but fish and toad. If I know it earlier, I would book another hotel. Definitely wouldn't go back. Please update the facility information. Especially the swimming pool. People may feel fooled and disappointed that there is no swimming pool.

The staff is friendly but unfortunately the room is horrible, the AC takes a long time to cool down, there are lots of mosquitoes, the TV is a bit dim.

The hotel air conditioner stayed cold for a very long time. The swimming pool is more like a catfish pond. No soap, tissue,

Pertama tempat nya kayak terbengkalai. Aku pesen dua kamar. Cuma telat setengah jam harus bayar 50rb. Ak pesen dua kamar. Ak lihat g ada kehidupan di sana, malam katanya yang jaga cuma 1 security, receptionis g ada sma sekali, akhrnya aku pulang dengan rugi dua kamar! Beda sama yang d foto, lingkungan jorok. Di atas kayak bekas terbakar atau kayak gedung belum selesai.

Dulu bersih waktu nginep yg pertama sekarang kotor terutama kolam renangnya. Fasilitas sudah banyak yg berkurang. Lantai kamar belum disapu dan di pel saat check in dan keset juga tidak ada.

Overall oke, tapi harus ditingkatkan fasilitas ac dan kebersihan kamarnya serta kolam renang perlu di maintain ulang.

Dirty hotel, dirty rooms, no hot water, lots of mosquitoes.

Not according to expectations, warm water doesn't work, shower is not clear, lots of mosquitoes, mattress size 160, dirty towels, dirty floor, rough due to dust, for the friendly staff, the bathroom is dull, the toilet is brown.

Hotel suitable for testing courage.

Checked in the afternoon at the Jutek Bet reception, not one of them was friendly. The roomboy is nice and friendly. The AC in the room is not cold. The swimming pool water is dirty, the floor is slippery like moss. Overall it's great.
